Lost Gravity
Lost gravity 2018, very black cherry, notes of jam, candied cherries, dried prunes. Powdery tannins and a very mineral finish. You can still smell the amphora, it will be nice to see in a few years with more bottle ageing.
The 2019 - wow - completely different, a much lighter colour, a nose of ripe pear and kirsch brandy, then on the palate very lively, fresh, tangy, with notes more like little Nordic berries, rhubarb or green apple. It was really crazy the difference between the nose (a bit like the Shining), almost yellow wine or Sherry, and then this liveliness on the palate... (Edouard Thorens, The Bottle Shop, Zurich)
